These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7pin ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the 7pin website at 7pin.club, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 7pin.
7pin collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 7pin.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

7pin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon closure for cause, 7pin may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where closure is not for cause, any remaining balance net of applicable bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered Philippine payment method.
7pin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
